    Fraud Prevention Specialist

    The fraud prevention specialist is responsible of checking the potential fraudulent orders and taking the relevant actions to blacklist or release them. The role involves as well taking preventive measurements to anticipate fraud attempts, performing investigations and communicating with concerned departments and functions. Furthermore, the fraud prevention specialist manages CARE operations fraud-related escalations within the settled upon service level agreement.

    •Review customer orders by utilizing a wide array of fraud tools and following best practices in order to reach an accurate decision.

    •Detect recurring issues and set up actions to avoid them or escalate accordingly.

    •Launch fraud investigations to track potential fraudsters and collaborate with CARE SERS teams for facilitation.

    •Manage fraud investigation escalations, police requisitions and Klarna requests.

    •Provide support/consultancy to MBY fraud prevention team and CARE in Manufacturing.

    •Advise SERS team on complex finance/payment issues.

    •Interface with (para)legal and accountancy departments to raise and follow-up on complex (para)legal matters.

    •Review Vistaprint WorldPay account for chargebacks or refunds

    •Review SOAP abuse reports

    •Review daily IP reports
