. 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 :
–  Ensures that Company policies are well understood, accepted and followed.
–  SQ and SHE (Service Quality and Safety, Health, & Environment): Ensure full compliance with policies, in all aspects of the Supply Chain activity.
Must have strong ethics in dealings with Suppliers & Contractors.
– Expected to review, sign and adhere to the Code of Ethics for Purchasing Goods and Services.

. 𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 :
–  Manage all the international Imports and identify necessary approvals required for specific tools/imports.
–  Communicates with Business Line Managers/SDM/BL supervisors for Materials import and client identification for imports.
– Develop and maintain good practices and relations with clients both externally and internally.
– Communication/coordination with OS logistics agent(s) to identify best Value.
–  Support, and work in conjunction with the Sourcing team to ensure efficient delivery.
– Prepares Reports as needed for imports per clients/Location
–  Participates in the Evaluation of current and prospective suppliers using methods such as supplier reviews, site visits and audits.
– Initiate, co-ordinate and manage the Import Permit process for DG
– Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
– Plan and Supervise export & import shipments
– Transportation arranging shipments.
– Handling of documentation during freight processes.
– Organize shipments with branch offices, suppliers and customers.
– Shipment tracking and updating the end user on a timely basis.
– Warehouse management skills resulting in accurate inventory level.
– Comply with domestic & international customs regulations
– Adhere to QHSE guidelines.

. 𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆, 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 & 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 :
– Strong systems and analytical skills.
– Strong Communication & Negotiation skills
– Proficiency in the English language

– Experience in the oil and gas sector
– Experience in freight forwarding
